Job Description :
- Ensure all customers are greeted and directed upon entry Answer the phone promptly, courteously, and professionally
- Prepare outgoing mail and receive incoming packages
- File and/or scan paperwork to correct folders
- An energetic and outgoing personality is a must
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area at all times
Required Qualifications :
- Experience in customer service and/or sales environment
- Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
