Administrative Assistant

Location : St. Louis, MO
Job Type : Contract to Hire
Hours : Full Time
Required Years of Experience : 3
Required Education : High School diploma or equivalent is required. Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Job Description :

  • Ensure all customers are greeted and directed upon entry Answer the phone promptly, courteously, and professionally 

  • Prepare outgoing mail and receive incoming packages 

  • File and/or scan paperwork to correct folders 

  • An energetic and outgoing personality is a must 

  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area at all times 

Required Qualifications :

  • Experience in customer service and/or sales environment

  • Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
