Required Education : High School diploma or equivalent is required. Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Job Opening: Assembly Technician

Company: A leading plastics and engineering firm

Location: Overland/Olivette area

Pay Rate: $18-23/hr, dependent on experience and skills test

Shift: Monday – Friday, 6am - 2:30pm

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain high-speed assembly equipment, lining machines, and engage in hand assembly operations.

Adhere to tight tolerances and follow established procedures rigorously.

Efficiently set up machines and prepare work areas.

Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the workplace.

Consistently maintain high-quality standards in all tasks.

Occasional out-of-country travel is required to set up and troubleshoot machinery for clients.

Required Qualifications :

Qualifications:

Ability to understand and execute verbal and written instructions.

Proficiency in reading and writing English.

Experience with using power and hand tools.

Basic mathematical skills.

Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.

Fundamental mechanical knowledge.

Capability to interpret blueprints.

Wiring experience is advantageous.

Knowledge of pneumatics is beneficial.

Must have a valid passport.
