Job Description :
Snelling is seeking a Business Development Manager for our client located in Chesterfield, MO. This is a strong, growing company that has been in business for 50 years with a growing commercial client base. What will you do?
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
- Executing new sales and marketing initiatives
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry-sponsored events
- Convey the value proposition to potential clients
- Gathering required information from new clients for successful services
How will you succeed?
- Be able to have thorough conversations with prospects to identify potential
- Complete a high volume of prospecting calls to achieve the desired success
- Be able to work in a team-oriented environment while being focused on individual results
- Attention to detail, and a passion for helping clients
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
