Job Title: CNC Grinder

Location: St. Charles

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated CNC Grinder to join our team in St. Charles. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. While previous experience in a similar role is preferred, it is not mandatory as we are willing to train candidates who exhibit the right aptitude and enthusiasm for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect equipment prior to commencing work each shift.


• Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the day.


• Carefully review and follow work order instructions.


• Log activities in and out of the barcode system for each order.


• Operate manual machines as needed.


• Conduct precise inspections of each part using tools such as micrometers, calipers, head gauges, etc.


• Undertake additional duties as required, adapting to the needs of the team and workload.

Requirements:

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.


• Openness to training and working with a variety of machines based on demand.


• Preferred: Ability to read and interpret blueprints.


• Competence in performing basic shop math.


• Previous experience in a shop setting is advantageous but not a prerequisite.
