Snelling Talent Partners is seeking a temp to hire CNC machine operator for a manufacturing company in Maryland Heights, MO.  $18-20/hour (potential for more if you have Hydromat experience)  2nd shift: 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm 3rd shift: 10:00 pm – 6:30 am  Once converted to a permanent employee you are eligible for a great benefits plan including 401(k), Health and Dental Insurance, and vacation.  This is a climate controlled facility with air conditioning!  Job Description:  Responsible for operating the machines, tool monitoring and replacement, stocking and loading the machine, keeping it filled with proper oil levels Required to make all tool adjustments, offsets, and troubleshoot problems Meet the production rates set for each machine Check and monitor parts to ensure they remain within the part specifications Perform all necessary quality checks using precision measuring instruments Requires the use of precision measuring devices Responsible for the quality of parts produced  Requirements:  Strong math skills Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, SOPs, and other technical information in English Must be able to lift 40lbs on a regular basis Must be able to use tools, equipment, work aids, precision measuring instruments Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities Must be self directed and take initiative to learn new skills relating to the maintenance of the machine #HighPriority
