Maintenance Mechanic – Job Posting
A well-established manufacturing company has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join its Operations Team at its headquarters located in the St. Louis area. In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling, inspecting, installing, and testing equipment to ensure everything is running smoothly. You’ll also handle facility and equipment maintenance, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and complete emergency repairs when needed. This role requires the ability to identify breakdown causes and implement solutions quickly, sometimes under pressure. You’ll work with schematics, measurement tools, and a wide variety of mechanical systems.
This is a hands-on role that can be physically demanding—expect to spend time on your feet, working in tight spaces, lifting heavy tools, and moving equipment.

Team members have access to advanced manufacturing operations and a collaborative environment where ideas are welcomed and development is supported.
