Receptionist/Office Assistant

Location : Maryland Heights, MO
Job Type : Direct Hire
Compensation : 45000.00 USD/YEAR
Hours : Full Time
Required Years of Experience : 5
Required Education : High School diploma or equivalent is required. Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Job Description :


  • Unlock & Lock Front Doors

  • Answer Phones

  • Distribute Mail

  • Checks/Financial

  • Address voicemails

  • Address Emails and Other General Correspondence

  • Schedule L & L Vendor Presentations

  • Order Lunch for Monthly Quarterly Meeting

  • Manage Conference Room Schedules

  • Keep Phone List Updated (staff direct numbers, extensions, cell numbers, etc.)

  • (break out phone list from other data in current spreadsheet)

  • Interface with Clients (Phone & In Person)

  • Run errands – Store, Post Office, Bank, etc.

  • Lien Waivers – 

  • All Courier (On-Time and FedEx Orders)

  • Assist Production Team

  • Print Drawings

  • Stamp/Seal Drawings 

  • Complete Transmittals

  • Complete Specification Formatting

  • Arrange Courier (On-Time)

  • Order Supplies – Drexel – Paper & Toner for HP Plotter

  • Create Project File from Project Awarded Sheets

  • Order Office Supplies 

  • Order Paper Supplies 

  • Create/Edit Company Forms, Spread Sheets, Reports, etc.

  • Office Holiday Schedule

  • Office & Computer Supply Purchasing


Required Qualifications :

  • 3 years of administrative assistant or office manager experience

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
