Sales Representative
Location: Dallas, Houston, or St. Louis Metro preferred
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with flexibility based on client needs
Travel: Approximately 25%
We are a growing transportation provider specializing in cross-border, full truckload freight throughout the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. We're looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to help us grow our presence in key markets, particularly Texas and Mexico. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with asset-based carriers, bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, and a deep understanding of cross-border logistics. This role offers a competitive base salary, performance-based bonuses, and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, expanding team.
Develop new customer relationships and expand business within assigned regions (U.S. Midwest, Mexico, Canada)
Conduct cold calls, follow up with leads, and maintain strong communication with existing clients
Collaborate with Sales leadership on strategy and regional business development
Respond to and manage RFPs, RFQs, and bid proposals
Represent the company in meetings and on-site client visits (travel required up to 25%)
Effectively communicate the value of our cross-border logistics solutions
Support marketing efforts and help shape messaging for prospective accounts
Base Salary: $100,000–$125,000 annually (depending on experience)
Bonus Structure:
$2,000 bonus for each quarter with $1.5 million in new business generated
Additional $2,000 annual bonus for meeting the target all 4 quarters
Extra compensation available for exceeding quarterly targets
Typical annual bonuses range from $10,000–$30,000
We’re looking for someone who’s energized by building relationships, closing deals, and contributing to a team focused on smart, strategic growth across North America. Presence in Houston, Dallas, or St. Louis Metro areas is ideal—but we're open to strong candidates from other locations as well.
Minimum 3 years of Sales experience within an asset-based carrier, focused on full truckload freight
Direct experience with cross-border logistics between the U.S. and Mexico
Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)
Strong knowledge of USMCA (formerly NAFTA) trade relationships and regional supply chains
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and independently managing a sales pipeline
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Self-starter with a professional demeanor and results-driven mindset
Willingness to travel up to 25%
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
