Job Description :
- Develop and maintain product and job costs, proactively evaluate the current costing process, and provides analysis and insight to decision-makers.
- Month-end close for the US operations, general ledger analysis, and improvement of current processes.
- Act as an analytical partner to our value streams, providing practical analysis to optimize decision-making and improve financial and operational results
- Analyze and interpret financial and operational results, working closely with the Controller and the CFO
Required Qualifications :
- BS/BA in Accounting or finance
- At least 5+ years of accounting experience
- Experience with general ledger analysis, month-end close processing, financial statement preparation, and variance analysis.
- Significant experience in utilizing ERP, accounting, and Excel software
- LEAN accounting and manufacturing is a plus
