Job Description :
- Lead financial audits, reviews, and compilations.
- Demonstrate expertise in accounting standards.
- Cultivate strong client relationships.
- Mentor and train junior staff.
- Develop industry expertise.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recent public accounting experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- CPA license
- IT and EBP auditing experience
- Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, or employee benefit plan audits
