Job Description :
- Plan and review tax engagements for diverse clients.
- Conduct complex tax research and apply findings.
- Identify and implement tax-saving strategies.
- Manage various tax consulting projects.
- Collaborate on client M&A and succession tax planning.
- Represent clients before tax authorities.
- Foster strong client relationships.
- Identify project opportunities for existing and new clients.
- Provide supervision, training, and mentorship.
- Limited overtime beyond tax season.
Required Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Accounting or Taxation.
- Active CPA license.
- 5 years of public accounting experience.
- Expertise in tax compliance and planning.
- Proficiency in tax software.
- Strong critical thinking and multitasking.
- Excellent interpersonal and management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
