Position Overview:
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong background in both account management and sales growth. This outside sales role involves working in the office two days a week and traveling in the field three days a week, Monday through Friday. Candidates will manage existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
Compensation:
Base salary: $70,000 to $80,000, plus commission.
Responsibilities:
Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and field sales.
Engage in a high volume of customer interactions, both via phone and in-person meetings.
Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings with existing and prospective clients to showcase our products and services.
Update the CRM system regularly to manage customer relationships effectively.
Take ownership of pricing, customer follow-ups, and specific customer requirements.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement a strategic business plan for the territory.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline to drive continuous growth.
Build high-level relationships with customers to promote loyalty and trust.
Attend networking events and host seminars to promote our products and services.
Use KPIs to monitor and assess performance, making adjustments to achieve targets.
Participate in regular coaching and mentorship sessions to refine skills.

Qualifications:
2-4 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.

Proficiency in sales techniques and relationship-building.
Comfortable with sales tools and technology to enhance productivity.
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with the team.
Adaptability to changing market conditions and a commitment to continuous learning.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move boxes (25-50 lbs).
Comfortable with heights and climbing ladders to access rooftops.
Ability to walk long distances for facility assessments.
Comfortable accessing tight spaces (e.g., mechanical rooms).
